Security Requirements
❗ Organizers are responsable for ensuring the safety and security of the equipment and personal bags at all times while at the venue. A secure space must be provided for the storage of equipment and performance safeguarded against unauthorised access, theft, personal or enviromental damage.
⚠️ Failure to meet the specified security requirements will result in reimbursement to the artist for any damages, loss, or theft incurred during the performance.
Technical Requirements
Power Needs: Minimum of 800W to 1.5KW for equipment and projectors.
Waterproofing: Cable ramps required for outdoor events to protect cables.

Indoor: Close access to electrical outlets.
Outdoor: Power cables should be provided near the equipment setup area.

Outdoor Events: Space for a 3x3 Pavilion or Backstage indoor setup.
Indoor Events: Space for a 2x1 Table / provided table for Equipment.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% due before the performance.

💸 Fee pricing structure
Base Fee: €400 for up to 6 hours/day; €800 for 6-12 hours/day.
Original Content: €35 per hour of original content diffusion
Additional Projectors: Organizer supports the renting price.
Large Venues/Festivals: Prices are adjusted based on size of the event
